Securing value and profit for investors by creating and owning the right hotel concepts.

“Creating the hotels of the future requires us to keep the wellbeing of our planet in mind with every decision we make; no matter how big or small”

We are in the know about now

Extraordinary or simply suited to be a perfect fit, our hotels all have one thing in common. They are contemporary concepts: signs of the times. For people nowadays, hotels are a home away from home. A place to relax, an office on the go, a blend of work and leisure or a place to recharge and chill. We use our combined extensive, in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry to create the house of dreams of countless guests.

We invest in the future

All our projects will eventually meet SFDR requirements. The SFDR is a set of European rules which aim to make the sustainability profile of funds more comparable and better understood by end-investors and other stakeholders. This regulation focuses on pre-defined metrics for assessing the environmental, social and governance (ESG) outcomes of the investment process. As an investor, you can rest assured that all our hotel concepts are future-proof and therefore a sound, sustainable investment.
