We create value by knowing what is in demand and developing hotel concepts that are relevant now and in the future. Currently, EUHC is considering investments in the Benelux and Germany. Other DACH countries, Italy and the Iberian Peninsula are future options. Our most important criteria for investments are:

• A hotel with at least 50 rooms and/or a portfolio of multiple hotels 
• Locations in primary and secondary cities or other verifiable leisure destinations
• Real estate including operations and real estate with a (variable) rental agreement
• Represents an opportunity to create real value
• (Re)development with the option of becoming a hotel destination

The Best Western Plus City Hotel Gouda

Motto by Hilton Rotterdam

This urban cool hotel is located in an old monumental building - a converted, former bank - in the city center of Rotterdam, surrounded by restaurants and boutique stores in the famous ‘Meent’ area. Motto by Hilton Rotterdam has 108 rooms and is the second hotel of Hilton’s brand new concept Motto Worldwide. Motto connects a wide range of travelers with local cultures in the most desirable urban locations with all the best elements of a lifestyle hotel. Motto by Hilton Rotterdam also houses Pesca, an extraordinary fish restaurant with an in-house fish market.

In 2021, White House Development acquired a property located in Amsterdam North with the ambition to transform this building into a high-quality sustainable hotel. They are even aiming for a BREEAM Outstanding certification. The approximately 200-room hotel is located in an old warehouse. It will offer a great balance between historical and modern. Respecting its heritage while offering guests ultra modern facilities. Overhoek, the upcoming edgy neighborhood where Uptown Amsterdam will be located, boasts a abundance of tourist attractions such as the Nxt Museum and the recently opened WONDR experience.
